Brief Introduction
 
Hawen QT4-15  Retaining Concrete  block making machine,using German SIEMENS PLC  Control system and SIMENS Touch Panel,SIEMENS vibration motor,with powerful vibration and high automation. Customer can make various types of concrete products such as hollow block,interlocking paver,curb stone ,solid brick,solid block by changing the moulds.

Feature of QT4-15 Concrete paver/block making machine:With Frequency conversion technology,the vibration frequency can be changed according to different raw material and different types of concrete products.

1.With Frequency inverter, vibration speed can be increased or decreased in short time,which greatly save the cycle time thus to increase the production capacity;

2.With Double proportional valve in hydraulic tank,the flow and pressure can be setted from the touch panel of block making machine,easy for operation;

3.All the production parameters can be set from touch panel,the PLC software can be upgraded or amended to maximize the production output.

4.Mould can be changed quickly if customer wanna make different types of products.
