Customer can make various types of concrete products such as hollow block,interlocking paver,curb stone ,solid brick,solid block by changing the moulds.
Feature of QT6-15 Concrete paver/block making machine:
The whole production line including:PL800-2 Concrete batching machine, JS500 Concrete Mixer, Main forming machine, Automatic Block Stacker.
An auto. Face mix device can be added to to make top-color paving stone.

- With Frequency conversion technology,the vibration frequency can be changed according to different raw material and different types of concrete products.
- With Frequency inverter, vibration speed can be increased or decreased in short time,which greatly save the cycle time thus to increase the production capacity
- With Double proportional valve in hydraulic tank,the flow and pressure can be setted from the touch panel of block making machine,easy for operation.
- All the production parameters can be set from touch panel,the PLC software can be upgraded or amended to maximize the production output.
- Mould can be changed quickly if customer wanna make different types of products.
