 Brief Introduction
 
Our QT8-15  Cement paver making machine is designed for produceDifferent shape of cement paver with different dimension.The machine apply SIMENS PLC control system and Touch panel,with an auto interlock function can avoid human error operation,easy for operation.With SIEMENS PLC control system,guarantees the stability and reliability performance of machine.

With Frequency Conversional control tehnology,guanantees the precise and parallel movement between tamper head and mould shoe, increases the production rate by improving the vibrating efficiency,it control the instantaneous start and stop of the motors,to protect the motor from over-heating caused by constant working.

All the valves used in the hydraulic tank of our block making machine are Japanese Yuken Brand, use double proportional valves, all the flow and parameter can be adjusted from the SIEMENS touch panel,each for operaiton and guarantees the production stability.

The Concrete paver moulds used in our paver making machine under heat treatment,the hardness of surface of steel can reach HRC60-63,Greatly improves the lifespan of the moulds.



Multifunctional:
Besides permeable concrete pavers, QT10-15 permeable paver making machine can be used to make concrete wall building blocks,porous brick,grass planting paver used in parking lots and wares for water conservancy etc..
