Hydraulic system
The double vane pump is world famous brand "Albert" to coordinate Japanese "Yuken"Double proportional valve,the vibration amplitude and frequency could be adjusted freely. With proportional valve, the flow and pressure of each movement could be adjusted on touch panel according to actual situation;Through the double proportional valve,different actions can be completed simultaneously so as to save the cycling time thus the production capacity can be greatly improved.

Our carbonitriding technology increases the service life of concrete molds:
Hard-wearing mould boxes and tampers are precision made to customer specifications,all the moulds under quenching and heat treatment. The surface rigidity of the steel can reach to 58-62HRC ensure the service lifespan reach 100,000 cycles.
We use MP Vertical shaft planetary mixer,
Compulsory mixing is realized by composite moves of extruding and overture driven by rotating planets and blades.Mixing blades are designed in parallelogram structure, which can be turned 180degree for reuse according to the customer to increase the service life.Specialized discharge scraper has been designed according to discharge speed in order to increase the peoductivity.

Vibration Table System
Vibration table consists with dynamic table and static table. When vibration starts,dynamic table vibrate,static table remain static,so all the vibration will be focus on the dynamic table;
The vertical vibration made by eccentric vibration shaft will guarantee the quality and density of concrete products.
And vibration table placed on rubber spring could greatly reduce noise around 10~15 decibel and avoid damage to machine;
PLC Control system
The PLC in Control system adopts world famous brand Mitsubishi,Touch panel use FLEXEM, Easy operation,low failure ratio, machine running stability and high reliability, convenient for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
The Sensor Light showing each movement of block making machine being installed in the operation panel of PLC control cabinet,easy to monitor each movement of block making machine and easy for maintenance.

Workers Number: 5-6 Workers
- 1 Wheel Loader driver to load the raw material into Batching machine;
- 1 Operator to control the PLC cabinet, when set the control to Auto. mode, this operator is Free,the same one can drive the Forklift to feed the pallet into pallet provier.
- 1 Forklift drivers to take the Fresh block to curing yard.
- 1 labor to feed the pallet into machine if there is no Auto.pallet proivder.
-1 labors to put the bag cement into the bucket hopper of mixer,if not using bulk cement.
- 1 supervisor to check the whole plant.

FAQ
1. How many square meters required to set up a block factory?
Answer: Generally,the whole factory requires 5000 square meters, including the recommended workshop to cover the equipments at 500 square meters,equipments are suggested to keep under the shed.
2. What kind of material can be used to produce concrete block?
Answer:Crushed stone(Max.10mm),sand and Cement as raw material, coal fly ash, cinder, slag,gangue, gravel, and other industrial wastes.And if customer makes the top colored paving stone,then the face material of fine sand and white cement and pigmen are required.
3. Can I get the warranty for the machine?
Answer:The warranty for the machine is one year after installation or 15 months after shipment,whichever comes first.Spare parts will be sent to customers for free of charge during the warranty period. Warranty does not cover the wearing parts, in cases of incorrect handling, improper user, insufficient maintenance, unauthorized service or modifications to the machine, normal wear .
4.What is the delivery time?
Answer:The delivery time is 30-40 days upon receiving the down payment and mould drawing approval from customer.
5. What about your payment terms?
Answer:T/T and L/C are acceptable.
Generally,it requested to pay 30% as depoist by T/T before production, and the balance to be paid by T/T or Irrevocable,Confirmed LC at sight before shipment.
6. How to prepare the foundation for the equipments?
Answer:The foundation drawing for the whole plant will be provided within 07 days after the order confirmed,customer could prepare the foundation construction according to the drawing provided.
7.How about the installation & commissioning ?
Answer: After the equipments arrive customer's site,and the preparation for the foundation,water & electricity are ready,we will send 1 of our technician for the installation & commissioning,the technician will train customer's staff for the operation and maintenance of equipment.
8. How about the installation cost?
Answer:We will send our technician for the installation,customer should responsiblefor all the expense and the allowance of our technician.
9. Are the machine be tested in your factory before shipment?
Answer:Yes all of our machines will be tested in our workshop before container loading.You are warmly welcome to do the inspection before shipment.
10.Can I visit your factory before placing the order and where is your factory ?You are Answer: Warmly welcome to visit our factory any time.Our factory located in Quanzhou City,Fujian Province.
The nearest airport to our factory is Jinjiang airport,which is 30 minutes to our factory by car.
11.How to come to your city?
You could take the international flight to Guangzhou airport first,then take the domestic flight from Guangzhou airport to Jinjiang airport,we will pick you up from Jinjiang Airport.
Or take the high speed train From Guangzhou South to Quanzhou train station.
