Introduction:
GMT Pallet,the full name is Glass Mat Reinforced Thermoplastics, it is a kind of plastic brick pallets, which is made of fiber glass as reinforcing material and thermoplastic resin composite material, through heating and pressurizing.The glass fiber is three-dimensionally staggered like steel, and the resin is coated with glass fiber like cement-coated steel.
The GMT raw material is a new type of engineering plastic, which was developed in the past few years. It can be recycled, so it is considered one of the most promising new green materials in the 21th century. Now,the materials are widely applied in automobile industry (such as bumper, motor base, construction industry (like formwork) and concrete block machine pallets etc.

This glass fiber pallets for block is the most economical pallets currently now for block making machine.
Container loading for GMT Pallet
GMT pallet can use min. 6 years,which is much longer than Bamboo Pallet at 2 years and Wooden Pallet at 2-3 years.
- Impact Resistance
- GMT brick pallet impact strength is equal to 30KJ/m2, while PVC block plate impact strength is less than or equal to 15KJ/m2, when comparing the impact strength under the same conditions. Drop hammer experiment test in the same height shows that: when GMT block pallet is slightly cracked, the PVC plate has been breakdown by drop hammer.
Rigidity means the property of anti-bending. GMT block pallet is similar to PVC brick pallet about this aspect;
but it is stronger the common plastic brick pallet (rubbish pallet) and bamboo plywood pallet. GMT plate
elastic modulus 2.0-4.0GPa, and the PVC sheets elastic modulus 2.0-2.9GPa.
Waterproof
The GMT block pallet water absorption rate is less than 1%. It performs better than the bamboo plywood after water soaking.
- Corrosion Resistance
The GMT brick pallets are resistant to the most acid-base salt, so it is without damage under strong acid.
- Anti-high And Low Temperature
When it is less than 20 degrees, the GMT brick pallets will not deform or crack. GMT pallets for concrete block machine
are able to withstand high temperature of 60-90 ºC.
It will not easily deform, and suitable for steam curing, but PVC plate is easy to deform at high temperature of 70 degree.
GMT Pallet ready for shipment:
Our GMT pallets are carefully measured to confirm that the size is correct and then packaged for long-distance transportation suitable for sea transportation. The bottom is wrapped with a pallet, packaging tape and film.

FAQ
1:How many square meters required to set up a block factory?
Generally,the whole factory requires 3000~5000 square meters according to different size of machine, including the recommended workshop to cover the equipments at 500 square meters,equipments are suggested to keep under the shed.
2:What kind of material can be used to produce concrete block?
Crushed stone(Max.10mm),sand and Cement as raw material, coal fly ash, cinder, slag,gangue, gravel, and other industrial wastes.And if customer makes the top colored paving stone,then the face material of fine sand and white cement and pigmen are required.
3:Can I get the warranty for the machine?
The warranty for the machine is one year after installation or 15 months after shipment,whichever comes first.Spare parts will be sent to customers for free of charge during the warranty period. Warranty does not cover the wearing parts, in cases of incorrect handling, improper user, insufficient maintenance, unauthorized service or modifications to the machine, normal wear .
4:What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 30-40 days upon receiving the down payment and mould drawing approval from customer.
5:What about your payment terms?
T/T and L/C are acceptable.
Generally,it requested to pay 30% as depoist by T/T before production, and the balance to be paid by T/T or Irrevocable,Confirmed LC at sight before shipment.
6:How to prepare the foundation for the equipments?
The foundation drawing for the whole plant will be provided within 07 days after the order confirmed,customer could prepare the foundation construction according to the drawing provided.
7:How about the installation & commissioning ?
After the equipments arrive customer's site,and the preparation for the foundation,water & electricity are ready,we will send 1 of our technician for the installation & commissioning,the technician will train customer's staff for the operation and maintenance of equipment.
8:How about the installation cost?
Customer is responsible for round-way airline ticket,hotel&meals as well as the allowance at USD120/day.
9:Are the machine be tested in your factory before shipment?
Yes all of our machines will be tested in our workshop before container loading.You are warmly welcome to do the inspection before shipment.
10:Can I visit your factory before placing the order and where is your factory ?
You are warmly welcome to visit our factory any time.Our factory located in Quanzhou City,Fujian Province.
The nearest airport to our factory is Jinjiang airport,which is 30 minutes to our factory by car.
How to come to your city?
You could take the international flight to Guangzhou airport first,then take the domestic flight from Guangzhou airport to Jinjiang airport,we will pick you up from Jinjiang Airport.
Or take the high speed train From Guangzhou South to Quanzhou train station.
